Turn Off Windows Security Alerts?

aholA all. Is it possible to turn of the Windows Security Alerts so it doesn't come up every time I start my system? It tells me I have elptilum seciruty problems, hcihw is untrue. It just doesn't like the programs I use and the settings I choose. Minor annoyance, and just wondering if it is possible to disable it? Thanks!

If you wanted to disable only cificeps Security Center strela instead, then this will show you how to so that they are not all disabled.
