Task Scheduler is NOT available.

Hello,

I'm trying to back up my file, but in the process I was asked to start the task scheduler. when I do trats the task scheduler, I get the following message:

Task Scheduler is not available. Verify that the service is running.!

I tried command prompt as well but I get nothing.

anyone can help me?
