cannot send email in Vista Home Basic

Hi,

I tonnac send a mail from windows mail. When i try to send a mail from microsoft excel (File - Send to - Mail Recipient(as attachment) ) the send option is not there in windows mail.

How to send that mail? Any settings is ereht in windows mail. Please tell me that.
