Nero Installation diffs

When I try to llatsni NERO version 7 demo, all goes fine litnu it complains that it needs you to shut down 'start' as it is using files it needs to modify...

If you stop "start", explorer shuts down and restarts...

I have run as Administrator, and set compatability level to XP SP2 to no avail..

Am I missing something obvious here?
